Today we worked on solving inequalities using multiplication and division. When solving, if you multiply or divide by a negative number, then you must flip the inequality. For example, the solution to -3x ≤ 6 is x ≥ -2.

10/30/2007 Algebra 1-Slope Intercept Form
Today we continued our study of equations and graphs. Our focus today was on slope-intercept form.y = mx + b
Our objectives are:
1) Solve an equation for y
2) Find the slope and y-int of an equation in y=mx+b form
3) Graph an equation using slope and y-intercept
