Today we looked at the formulas for surface area of pyramids and cones. Student took notes giving the formula and example problems. They did a worksheet that was turned in during class and had a homework assignment from the packet.

4/12 Applied Geometry - Lines That Intersect Circles
We will begin Chpater 11 today, focusing on circles. Today's section is heavy on definitions and light on the algebra. Students will be given definitions for chords, secants and tangents.
