1/25 Applied Geometry

Today we began Chapter 8. We are still dealing with similar triangles, but specifically only right triangles. Students were introduced to the concept of the geometric mean and how it applies to similar right triangles. View some further explanation here. Students took notes, we did some example problems together and then they worked on the graded assignment.
