5/7 Algebra 2 - Trig Functions

Today students will begin the last unit, a short unit on trigonometric functions. For students moving on to advanced math next year, this will help build a foundation for most of your work in that class. You will be analyzing different uses and applications of the trig functions, but this unit wil acquaint (or reacquaint) you with the basics. There are 3 main trig functions, sine, cosine and tangent. We will show you today how the apply them to right triangles. To see some other video examples, click here. To do some extra interactive work with the trig ratios, click here.
