
Today we focused mainly on fractions. We used the GCF to reduce fractions, simplified fractions containing variables and compared fractions. We showed that a number is rational if it can be written as a fraction. Students also
converted fractions to decimals and
decimals to fractions. We worked through some examples together on two worksheets (
1 &
2 ) and then students worked on the graded assignment.
